Project Description:
This project provides significant hands-on medical ministry – both in touching patients, but more importantly, preparing leadership to serve patients. The focus is not only medical support, help, advice, education, and care, but also touching lives with the eternal medicine and healing hands of Christ Jesus.
Through clinics, hospitals, village health care visits, and other creative methods for reaching the community, trained medical leaders travel and serve those in need of medical care.
Often, it is in tandem with the local preaching stations or teaching points in the forest regions.
Foundation Description:
· To help cover expenses for the medical needs and supplies used in making contact with people..
· To help cover the expenses for traveling to the various villages to bring care to them.
· To help cover the expenses of training medical staff to develop an on-going, self-sustaining ministry.
· Ultimately, all this is so that people are given a chance not only to receive medical care, but so that the care-givers are given the opportunity to share Christ with those they serve.
